立足山东,面向全国,服务于国民经济建设和化工行业发展,培养掌握化工过程及装备的基本规律和原理,具备新产品开发、工艺过程与设备设计、系统优化、生产管理、化工贸易和科学研究的能力,能从事化工、轻工、医药、生化、食品、能源、军工、冶金、环保等领域的研发、设计、生产、管理和贸易工作的高级工程技术人才。
本专业要求学生掌握自然科学、工程基础知识和专业知识,通过实践环节(包括化工实验、工程实践、计算机应用、科研训练等)掌握化工工艺设计、精细化工产品及过程开发等的基本技能,提高学生分析和解决问题的能力,注重人文社科、法律法规和责任道德的素质修养。具体地说,本专业培养的毕业生必须达到如下知识、能力与素质的培养要求:
(1)具有人文社会科学素养、社会责任感和工程职业道德;
(2)具有从事化学工程工作所需的相关数学、自然科学知识以及一定的经济管理知识;
(3)掌握扎实的化学工程基础知识和本专业的基本理论知识,具有系统的工程实践学习经历,了解本专业的前沿发展现状和趋势;
(4)具备设计和实施工程试验的能力,并能够对试验结果进行分析;具有综合运用所学化工专业理论和技术手段分析并解决化学工程问题的基本能力;
(5)掌握基本的创新方法,具有追求创新的态度和意识;具有综合运用理论和技术手段设计系统和过程的能力,设计过程中能综合考虑经济、环境、法律、安全、健康、伦理等制约因素;
(6)掌握化工文献检索、资料查询及运用现代信息技术获取相关信息的基本方法
(7)了解与化工职业和化工行业相关的生产、设计、研发的法律、法规,熟悉环境保护和可持续发展等方面的方针、政策和法津、法规,能正确认识化学工程对于客观世界和社会的影响;
(8)具有一定的组织管理能力、较强的表达能力和人际交往能力以及在团队中发挥作用的能力;
(9)具有适应发展的能力以及对终身学习的正确认识和不断学习能力;
(10)具有国际视野和跨文化的交流、竞争与合作能力。
基础化学、有机化学、物理化学、化工原理、化工设计、化工热力学、化学反应工程、分离工程、化学工艺学、化工安全与环保、精细有机合成原理及工艺、精细化学品、精细化工产品分析与鉴定、精细化工反应设备计算。
化学与化工基础实验、认识实习、生产实习、计算机应用及上机、课程设计、化工设计、毕业设计(论文)等。
主要专业实验:化学反应工程、化工设计、分离工程、化学工艺、精细化工专业实验等。
学制四年;毕业最低学分要求:172.5个学分。包括:必修课116.5学分,专业选修课24学分(专业限选课≥10学分,专业任选课≥6学分),公共选修课4学分,实践环节28学分。
